Bring the citation to us before your Durham County Courthouse date, not after. Call our office for a review of your PJC eligibility, driving history, and whether your appearance can be waived under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-1011, so you don't miss a shift in Research Triangle Park or a class at Duke or NCCU. If the charge is actually DWI or another misdemeanor, say so when you call; that's a separate process that needs to be scoped correctly from the first conversation.
